Fat Free, trendy and tasty. The super healthy drink from the USA was the answer to boring still

water and the other hand is a real taste explosion.

Coconut water. Do not misunderstand: I am not speaking about the fatty coconut milk, made of the flesh,

I´m talking about the water which is in the green coconut.

Coconut water is the latest trend drink because it's naturally isotonic and loaded with vitamins

and minerals, antioxidants, amino acids, enzymes, magnesium and calcium. It is particularly rich

in potassium, an essential nutrient (250 ml coconut water contains more potassium than a

banana). It contains a number of trace elements such as zinc, selenium, iodine, sulfur,

manganese, boron and molybdenum. They all come from volcanic soils and sea water.

The minerals are electrolytically and easily absorbable by the body and thus make the most

health-promoting properties.

According to my research, coconut water is very good for the skin and skin complaints.
It should be drunk cold otherwise it tastes sticky. There are now all sorts of flavors, from

pineapple, cranberry, strawberry, and lemon.

A Gossip legend tells that Madonna dopes her body during her intensive sports program with coconut water and she donated a six-digit sum to a manufacturer, simply because she was just so excited about the drink.

Coconut water kills hangover by the way, because it balances the water and mineral level in the

body. So party on. At night coconut water and Red bull vodka shots and the Hangover can come.
